Services to Be Provided
North Star Group agrees to provide the following CDL driver recruitment services:
- Advertising and outreach to qualified CDL drivers near Motor Carrier's routes and service areas
- Complete driver application processing including:
- Completed DOT driver application
- Driver safety history and employment records
- Pre-employment screening consent forms (PSP)
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) consent and authorization
- Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) disclosure and authorization
- Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse consent documentation
- Copies of driver's license and medical card

- Recruiter does not guarantee a specific timeframe for placement but commits to diligent effort in finding qualified candidates.
- All candidate information provided by Recruiter is confidential and to be used solely for employment consideration.
- This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding driver recruitment services.
