A working U.S. motor carrier dispatch office at mid-day — driver pipeline software open on dual monitors, lane-coverage map, a yard of staged Class 8 trucks visible through the window.

The free ATS for motor carriers.

ProHRHQ runs the applicant tracking software. The carrier runs the drivers. Your hub opens empty — you fill it from your own recruiting, the free jobs board, or ProHRHQ's paid placement service. Claim your carrier page to get access.

What a Hoffman Report is

A Hoffman Report is the per-carrier public page derived from FMCSA data. Each report combines the federal record — MCS-150 identity, BASIC safety measures, three-year inspection and crash history — with ProHRHQ's peer-cohort grading and operational-fit analysis. Claiming the page is also how a carrier becomes a free ATS tenant: the claim form on any Hoffman Report provisions the carrier's hub at ats2.nsgia.com.

About the data

Federal data on Hoffman Reports comes from the FMCSA Company Census (MCS-150), the FMCSA Safety Measurement System, and the public MCMIS inspection, violation, and crash files. Refreshed monthly. ProHRHQ's grade, peer-cohort comparison, and operational-fit language are independent analysis layered on those records — identified as ProHRHQ analysis on every page.

Hoffman Reports include ProHRHQ's independent analysis of public FMCSA data. They are not FMCSA safety ratings or official government determinations. The authoritative federal records remain on FMCSA SAFER and the FMCSA SMS site. See About the data for the full methodology, or request a correction if something needs revisiting.
