The free ATS for motor carriers

ProHRHQ runs the applicant tracking software. The carrier runs the drivers. The system is free for U.S. for-hire CDL motor carriers; access is via a carrier-specific magic link that arrives after your signup request is verified. The hub opens empty — you fill it from your own recruiting, the free jobs board, the apply link you share with drivers, or ProHRHQ's paid placement service.

What the system does

Driver Pipeline (kanban)

The pipeline is a five-stage kanban board. Every driver applying to your carrier becomes a card you can move through the stages as you work them.

The carrier sees only drivers attached to their own carrier_id. Cross-tenant data is scoped out automatically at the access service layer.

Driver Application Link

Each carrier has a permanent application link — a URL like https://ats2.nsgia.com/apply/<carrier_id> — that you send to drivers you want applying with your carrier. When a driver opens that link and signs up, the application is automatically attached to your carrier; they land in your pipeline in the New column. You control everything after that.

DQvault Introduction — how a driver applies and how the carrier receives it.

Magic-link login

No passwords for your team. Every user — the carrier point of contact, recruiters you bring on, dispatchers — gets a permanent magic link. Bookmark it once; it works on phone, tablet, desktop. The link never expires. Saved drivers move with the link, not with a session.

Resume parser

Upload a PDF or paste resume text and the system creates the driver record automatically — name, email, phone, address, employment history. For each previous trucking employer in the work history, the system queries the FMCSA motor carrier database to pull the prior carrier's address and phone, and pre-fills those into the Safety Performance History Records form. A resume becomes a complete driver file in roughly a minute.

Multi-tenant by design

The platform serves many carriers at once. Each carrier's view is scoped to their own drivers and jobs; no carrier sees another carrier's pipeline. A driver may apply to several carriers, and each carrier sees only their side of that driver's process.

Why no passwords, no email magic links

Email is unreliable — new domains routinely hit spam folders regardless of PTR records and proper configuration, and we can't promise a magic-link email will arrive. SMS verification costs money per message and doesn't scale at this stage. Instead, when you request access, your signup is recorded as an intake event; ProHRHQ verifies your DOT against the public FMCSA census, then delivers your access link directly through whatever channel reaches you reliably — usually a phone call. Once you have the link, you bookmark it. That's the password.

How to get access

The signup form takes three fields — DOT, email, phone. ProHRHQ verifies your DOT against the public FMCSA census and contacts you to deliver your access link.
