View job & apply →About this board
The ProHRHQ jobs board is the public-facing surface for driver postings, working alongside ProHRHQ carrier pages, placement, training, PEO transition, and freight readiness. Every carrier’s page can show that carrier’s openings inline, so a driver researching a carrier sees the federal safety record and the job posts on the same surface.
Jobs board vs. placement service
The board (this page) is a public, free, SEO-indexed posting surface — carriers post, drivers find and apply, self-service. The placement service is recruiter-supported matching scoped to a carrier’s operating profile and a driver’s verified credentials (endorsements, TWIC, SAP-clear status, lane fit), for specialized seats. A carrier can use both.
How to post a job
Carriers can post an open driver position free — it appears on this board and on the carrier's page. Prefer to talk? Email mhoffman@prohrhq.com or call 701-770-9118.
Keep the driver's path simple
The driver should be able to move from the job, to the carrier page, and to the application without losing the original job context. Where the carrier has supplied the information, a job page should state pay, miles or work expectations, home time, equipment, classification, benefits, deductions, requirements, orientation, lanes, and application steps — missing information is not invented.
