Drivers search by the job
Drivers can search by title, location, and other job details. They do not have to start by typing the carrier’s name, so an opening can be found on its own merits.
GOOGLE JOBS · CDL RECRUITING
Paid advertising can produce reach. The question is what that reach costs. ProHRHQ is building a shared CDL jobs board designed to work with Google’s existing job-search infrastructure. Carriers can publish properly structured openings without having to build and maintain that infrastructure individually.
Why this matters
Google already provides a job-search ecosystem that can surface properly structured job postings. ProHRHQ’s board gives carriers a way to participate in that infrastructure without each carrier having to build, maintain, optimize, and advertise its own isolated recruiting presence.
As more legitimate CDL openings are added, the board becomes a broader and more useful destination for drivers. The objective is simple: generate more applicant traffic organically and reduce the amount carriers have to spend on paid recruiting. Google controls indexing and placement, so no listing or level of applicant volume is promised.
Drivers can search by title, location, and other job details. They do not have to start by typing the carrier’s name, so an opening can be found on its own merits.
A valid job-detail page on the shared board can become eligible for Google’s job-search experience — kept current and crawlable — instead of each carrier maintaining its own isolated careers page.
The point is applicants that arrive through Google’s existing free channel, so a legitimate opening can be found without paying for another placement to be seen.
GOOGLE-PUBLISHED CASE STUDIES
These are historical Google Search Central case studies from large job platforms. They are not CDL-specific, they are not ProHRHQ results, and they are not forecasts for a carrier using ProHRHQ.
| Publisher | Result reported after Google Jobs / JobPosting integration |
|---|---|
| Jobrapido | 182% increase in overall organic traffic; 395% increase in new-user registrations from organic traffic; 35% lower bounce rate for Google visitors to job pages. |
| Monster India | 94% increase in organic traffic on job-detail pages and 10% increase in applications. |
| ZipRecruiter | 35% rise in monthly organic non-branded traffic; Google organic job-page conversion rate more than 4.5 times its prior level; bounce rate for Google visitors to job pages fell by more than 10%. |
The point is not that a small carrier should expect these percentages. The point is that Google has published evidence that properly integrated job content can materially change discovery and application activity for job publishers.
WHAT PROHRHQ DOES
Enter the job details on our post-a-job form — title, location, pay, home time, equipment, hiring area, and description. It takes a few minutes.
We create the job-detail page, add valid JobPosting structured data, and keep the page current, crawlable, and available while the opening is active.
We can email each application directly to you, or you can use ProHRHQ to review and manage applicants.
Valid structured data can make a job eligible for Google’s job-search features. It does not guarantee that Google will display the posting, how often it will appear, where it will rank, whether a driver will click it, or whether it will produce an application or hire.
We are not selling a guarantee. We are giving a legitimate CDL opening another chance to be found inside a very large search ecosystem.
Fill out the free form and we’ll build the posting and configure it for Google’s job-search infrastructure — one more legitimate CDL opening working to bring in applicants organically.
