ProHRHQ supports your recruiting operation.
Professional Human Resources can work alongside your existing recruiters or help prepare qualified candidates for your team.
Automation handles the repetitive work: email sequences, resume parsing, application prefill, signatures, templates, and follow-up. That frees recruiters to work more applicants while spending more time talking to drivers and deciding who is worth advancing.
Explore what a driver sees
Every recruiting page draws from the same five pieces. Click through them the way a driver would.
Implementation around your operation
Onboarding reviews the carrier's current recruiting process, applicant sources, jobs, requirements, templates, users, forms, handoff process, and management needs. The ATS is then configured and launched around that operating reality, with the carrier's application, signed forms, and document package handled in DQ Vault.
Your carrier recruiting page
Give drivers one controlled place to learn about the company and current jobs. The page can include the company description, jobs, safety report card, public federal-record information, carrier response and context, an AI Job Assistant, and application access.
Use the page in job ads, email, text messages, the carrier website, social media, or shipper and broker conversations.
Public credibility and management visibility
The ProHRHQ carrier page provides the public federal-information and peer-cohort grading layer beneath the recruiting page, with room for the carrier to explain its own record and operating context.
Management visibility is built from the same applicant records recruiters use, so managers can understand pipeline status and recruiter activity without a second reporting system.
See what a driver may see.
Search the full carrier database. Each carrier page gives the carrier and the driver a factual starting point: operating identity, fleet information, inspection history, safety patterns, and the carrier's opportunity to explain current operations and what has changed.
Carrier-ready application package
Each completed application can be organized into a dated package containing the application, separately signed forms configured for the carrier, CDL images, medical card, and supporting documents.
The carrier remains responsible for retrieving records, verifying information, conducting required testing and review, retaining required records, and making the final qualification decision.
Use the ATS alone or with your existing system
No other recruiting software is required. A carrier may run its full recruiting and application process on the ATS, with DQ Vault producing the carrier-ready application, forms, and document package.
A carrier that already uses an existing safety and compliance system can keep that process. Professional Human Resources prepares the applicant information and available documents for review or handoff. Taking on the recruiting relationship directly is available when that scope is part of the agreement.
Optional services
The standard agreement covers the core recruiting work — contact, interview, application, document collection, and candidate preparation. Beyond that, some carriers add a larger scope. That can include applicant sourcing, advertising support, reactivation campaigns, full-service managed recruiting where ProHRHQ runs more of the desk, placement, training, and custom integration work, available when included in the agreement.
We're paid only when a driver starts.
ProHRHQ is a third-party driver recruiting service. We do the applicant work, and you keep the hiring decision. Pricing depends on the level of recruiting support; contact us to discuss your hiring needs.

What the carrier controls
The carrier keeps its driving evaluations, personal interviews, operating standards, and final hiring decisions. It decides where and how much to advertise. It decides which outside reports to order and runs them through its own accounts. It controls the content of its recruiting page and the carrier-supplied context on its ProHRHQ carrier page.
One live record, for every applicant.
One live record.
Everything the carrier needs stays in one place.
Notes. Emails. Texts. CDL / Medical. Documents. Forms. Follow-up.
Review privately in the system instead of passing records around by email.
A carrier that already uses another ATS, safety, or compliance system does not need to replace it. ProHRHQ prepares the applicant information and documents for review or handoff; taking on the recruiting relationship directly is available when that scope is part of the agreement.

Atlantic Cargo Co. runs a live ProHRHQ recruiting page today: company description, current jobs, pay, and an apply path, the same pattern described above. The format is the example; the pay, jobs, and terms shown belong to that carrier, not to every carrier.
