Driver, dispatcher, and carrier owner training
The ProHRHQ training catalog delivers structured courses to drivers, dispatchers, and carrier owners. Courses are delivered through Moodle at moodle.nsgia.com. This page is the public catalog; the courses themselves are behind login.
Course completions promote a claimed Hoffman Report toward verified status. Verified status displays training-completion badges on the public page that shippers, brokers, and drivers read.
Driver
Three courses currently live. Topics include hours-of-service compliance, vehicle pre-trip and inspection procedure, and defensive driving and crash avoidance. Delivered at the per-seat level. Completion records integrate with the driver's profile and are visible to the carrier.
Dispatcher
One course currently live, expanding. Dispatcher operations including HOS audit, ELD compliance review, route planning under the federal hours rules, broker and shipper communication, and load-board operation. Dispatchers are the operational hinge of a small carrier; the track is structured for that position.
Carrier owner
In construction. Approximately seven to eight modules. The course covers the operating dimensions of small-fleet ownership: 1099 vs W-2 classification under the economic realities test, PEO economics and workers' compensation class codes, FMCSA BASIC structure and intervention thresholds, driver and dispatcher recruitment, and freight-access architecture across personal network, load boards, and public procurement.
Owner course completion is a gating credential for engagement with the PEO transition pathway.
How training connects to a Hoffman Report
A claimed Hoffman Report is the carrier's public surface. Course completions and documented workforce posture promote that page from claimed to verified. Verified-status badges appear on the public page. The Hoffman Report becomes the documented signal — to shippers, brokers, drivers, and insurers — that the carrier has done the work.
Reading a Hoffman Report for the operational improvement paths it suggests is the practical use of this catalog. The Hoffman Report names the gap; the catalog closes it.
