CDL-A OTR Solo Driver — $0.65 Per Mile, All Miles Paid

This is solo driving. One driver, one truck, all 48 states. You are not matched with a co-driver and you are not waiting on one.
Pay
$0.65 per mile, all miles paid. There is no split. Weekly pay follows the miles you actually run:
- 2,500 miles — $1,625
- 2,800 miles — $1,820
- 3,000 miles — $1,950
Paid weekly by direct deposit. Fuel card provided. A recruiter goes over expected weekly miles with you.
The run
- Solo OTR across all 48 states
- Mostly drop-and-hook; live loads sometimes; no freight touch expected
- 24/7 dispatch
The truck
- Automatic Freightliner Cascadia
- Inverter, refrigerator, microwave, and weigh-station bypass
- Driver provides their own GPS
What you need
- Valid CDL-A
- 6+ months of verifiable OTR experience
- No open SAP / Clearinghouse return-to-duty issue
- Pass a 90-degree reverse parking test at orientation
- Travel to Orlando, FL for orientation, the parking test, and truck pickup. Orlando residence is not required — half of qualifying travel costs are reimbursed after you start.
1099 structure
This is a contractor position, not W-2.
- Occupational insurance: $49 per week
- Escrow: $1,000, taken as $250 from each of the first four checks, refundable after two weeks' notice
