Request a correction
Two categories of content appear on a Hoffman Report. Corrections to each follow a different path.
Federal record
Inspection records, violation entries, crash data, MCS-150 fields, FMCSA safety rating, and authority status are federal data. ProHRHQ shows what is in the federal record on the most recent monthly refresh. We do not edit federal records.
To correct federal data, the carrier (or any party with standing) files a Request for Data Review through the federal DataQs process at dataqs.fmcsa.dot.gov. The relevant state agency or FMCSA office reviews and rules on each request. When the federal record changes, the Hoffman Report updates on the next monthly refresh.
ProHRHQ analysis
The grade, the peer-cohort framing, the operational-fit language, and the improvement-paths content are ProHRHQ editorial. If a Hoffman Report's analysis is incomplete, outdated, or unfairly framed, contact ProHRHQ. Supported corrections ship on the next report regeneration.
Carrier-controlled content
The about description, photo, website, contact details, and direct response sections that appear on a claimed Hoffman Report are the carrier's to write. A carrier whose page is claimed can edit these directly through the carrier account.
If a carrier whose page is not yet claimed wants to add context immediately, contact ProHRHQ — we can publish carrier-supplied context on the page while the self-service claiming flow is in final testing.
How to contact ProHRHQ
Email mhoffman@prohrhq.com or call 701-770-9118. For correction requests, include the carrier's USDOT number, the specific section of the report you are asking about, and the supporting context — federal source documents for federal records, or operational context for analysis content.
ProHRHQ does not file DataQs requests on behalf of carriers. DataQs is the carrier's own filing. We triage every correction request and route it to the right path — direct edit, page-claim flow, or DataQs referral.
