This is 48-state team parcel freight for a Florida-based OTR carrier. Orientation is in Orlando, Florida; you do not have to live there. This is a contractor / 1099 position, and final terms are confirmed with the carrier before you start.

Team Driving
This is an OTR team position. The carrier hires individual drivers and matches them into teams, and hires existing teams as well.

Team freight keeps the truck moving while one driver rests.
What You Will Do
- Run long-distance team freight across 48-state lanes.
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer in OTR service.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch.
- Follow DOT safety rules and carrier operating procedures.
- Work with a co-driver to keep freight moving efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license.
- At least 6 months verifiable OTR experience.
- Safe driving record acceptable to the carrier.
- Ability to pass carrier screening and onboarding.
- Ability to travel to Orlando, Florida for orientation.
- Ability to work professionally with dispatch and a co-driver.
- Willingness to operate under the carrier's contractor / 1099 structure.
Preferred Experience
- Prior team-driving experience.
- Existing co-driver relationship.
- Parcel, expedited, FedEx Ground, Amazon, USPS, UPS, or similar contractor freight experience.
- Drop-and-hook experience.
- No-touch freight experience.
- Strong communication and reliability.
Important Details
This is OTR team work. Drivers should be comfortable with long-distance operation, shared truck responsibility, and extended time on the road.
Final pay, miles, onboarding, travel reimbursement, truck assignment, and operating terms are confirmed directly through the carrier during the recruiting process.
