- Starting Pay .60 cpm loaded and empty miles. Our drivers are paid weekly.
- Drivers select their own loads. Home on weekends and 1-2 times during the week, while consistently averaging 2000+ weekly miles.
- No Touch Freight
- 1 week vacation after 90 days
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 90 days
- Passenger Insurance paid for by the company
- 2019 and newer equipment

Communication – At Dino’s, you will communicate with all team members. We are all working diligently to ensure our drivers have everything they need to service our customers and keep their wheels rolling.
Qualification Requirements
Minimum age – 23 with 2-5 years of current tractor-trailer experience
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfy each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
Communication Skills
Maintain consistent communication with the dispatch team about your movement and any factors that could affect pickup or delivery timing.
Must be able to adhere to all safety rules, operational, and maintenance instructions.
Able to fill out all required company, customer, and DOT documents.
Ensure ELD compliance with hours-of-service regulations and electronic dispatch software.
Physical Demands
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. The lifting requirements for this job can be strenuous at times, requiring the ability to reach forward and up, push/pull, crouch, kneel, stoop, twist, and bend. These are generic and not assigned to any position or type of driving.
Driving Demands
Safety must be your priority. Operate the vehicle safely and efficiently in accordance with both FMCSR and company policies. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections in accordance with FMCSA requirements. Report any unsafe conditions.
Be available to complete assigned tasks and effectively plan trips to ensure all functions of Dino’s Trucking are done on time with maximum efficiency. Checks equipment, load, and documentation before departing.
