Step Deck OTR Driver | I-80 / I-70 / I-40 Lanes | Out Three Weeks

Kaiser Transport is hiring experienced step-deck drivers to run long-haul freight across major U.

S. corridors.

LANES

• I-80, I-70, I-40, I-5
• Nationwide open-deck freight
• Possible 8–24 hour pass-through at home, depending on route

HOME TIME

• Up to 6 weeks out (outside hiring zones)
• Option to stay out longer and earn more

PAY

• $0.68–$0.73 CPM
• $1,500–$1,900+ weekly
• Consistent long-haul miles

THE WORK

• Step deck / double drop freight
• Multi-stop LTL loads (3–12 stops)
• Frequent securement adjustments
• Tarping required

IMPORTANT

This is not simple flatbed work.

If you’re used to one load, one stop, and done, this will be an adjustment.
