Last updated: July 28, 2026. ProHRHQ is operated by North Star Group Inc. ("NSG", "we", "us"), based in Fairhope, Alabama.

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you give it to us directly:

• Contact form — name and email (phone optional), used solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Job applications — name, email, phone, CDL status, and co-driver information if applicable, used solely to process your application and, if you're placed, to connect you with a hiring carrier.

We do not use tracking cookies, third-party ad pixels, or sell any data to third parties. We do not collect personal data through general browsing of the site.

Carrier report data

Hoffman Reports and the carrier search/lookup API present data about motor carrier companies, not individuals — derived from FMCSA's public census, safety, and inspection records (SAFER, SMS). This is public federal data about registered businesses, republished with our own grading and narrative analysis. It is not personal data about any individual.

The MCP server and API (/mcp, /api/carriers/find)

These endpoints let AI assistants and other tools look up carrier safety data. They:

• Require no login, account, or API key
• Collect no personal data — every field returned is about a carrier company, sourced from public FMCSA records
• Are rate-limited by IP address to prevent abuse; IP addresses are held only in memory for the rate-limit window (60 seconds) and are not logged or stored
• Perform no writes — every tool is read-only

How we use what we collect

Contact and application data is used only to respond to you, process your application, and — for job applicants — to share relevant information with a hiring motor carrier as part of the placement process. We don't use it for anything else.

Data retention

Contact form submissions and job applications are retained as long as reasonably needed to serve their purpose (responding to your inquiry, or keeping your application active in our placement pipeline), and are deleted on request.

Third parties

We share application data with the specific hiring carrier you're being placed with, and with our PEO/payroll partners where relevant to that placement. We don't share data with data brokers or advertisers.

You can ask us what data we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us — see below.
