Part-Time Driver Contact Role

ProHRHQ occasionally works with independent callers who help contact and speak with CDL drivers.

This is not a high-volume recruiting operation. It is a relationship and follow-up role.

The work involves:

• Calling drivers who have already applied or shown interest
• Re-engaging candidates who have gone quiet
• Explaining positions in plain language
• Passing qualified and interested drivers to carriers

Compensation

• Per placement (typical range: $300 per completed placement)
• No fixed schedule required
• Not a full-time role

Good Fit

• Prior trucking, dispatch, or recruiting experience
• Comfortable speaking with drivers
• Steady and consistent on follow-up
• Does not rely on scripts
