$10 Driver Sourcing Bonus
ProHRHQ pays a $10 sourcing bonus for each real CDL-A driver prospect you personally source and bring into our system. It is paid on review, not on submission, and it is separate from placement pay.
How it works
You find a CDL-A driver through your own recruiting activity and send them to us. The driver completes an application through the ProHRHQ system. We review the record. If it qualifies, you earn $10.
What counts
To earn the $10, the driver must:
- Be personally sourced by you, through your own outreach, network, group, or referral activity
- Complete an application through the ProHRHQ system
- Be a real, reachable CDL-A driver who is actually interested in the seat
- Meet the basic CDL-A qualifications for the available seat
- Pass administrative review by ProHRHQ
What does not count
This is pay for real recruiting, not list-building. Cold lists, bulk uploads, old databases, and copied names do not count. Drivers who are unreachable, unqualified, duplicated, or not actually interested are archived and do not pay.
Payment
The bonus is paid on your first 10 approved applicants, up to $100. The driver does not have to be hired or seated to earn the sourcing bonus — but the driver does have to apply and pass review.
Placement pay is separate and is paid when a driver is actually seated, under the written recruiting agreement.
