Build a Driver-Worthy Job

A driver should not have to choose between the load and the CDL.

Dispatch pressure is different from equipment condition and deserves its own discussion. Drivers should not be pressured to violate hours-of-service rules, drive unsafe equipment, falsify records, or accept operating demands that expose them to violations.

A shared expectation

A carrier that expects legal, professional operation should make that expectation clear to dispatchers as well as drivers.

Protecting the driver's CDL protects the carrier too.
